Upon invitation from the Clinton Global Initiative, Jack Smith, our
Director represented ICAR at the 2006 annual meeting in New York (Sep
20-22). The Clinton Global Initiative in its second year  is becoming
known as the main forum in the world for organizing initiatives  to
improve the human condition. It was a stellar gathering of about  a
thousand government and industry leaders, philanthropists and NGO
heads and garnered extraordinary media attention.  ICAR was included
in the Poverty Alleviation Track and made this committment.  Many delegates showed great interest in ICAR and are looking forward to learning more about our unique effort. We encourage you to look at the partnership opportunities outlinled in our committment.
