Brigitte Hochuli is from Laufen, Switzerland. Prior to joining the Basel Institute on Governance, Brigitte was working for small and medium size companies in the private sector in the regions of Basel.
Brigitte is an economist. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in finance. She has collected substantive experience in matters relating to accounting, auditing and other relevant administrative procedures for small and medium size enterprises. During her previous professional experiences, Brigitte also participated in a number of change management processes advising and coaching staff in such areas as finance and administration.
She joined the Institute in January 2009 as the Finance Officer within the Resource and Operational Support Unit of the Institute. In this function, she is responsible for managing the financial procedures and accounts of the Institute to support the efficient implementation of all operational activities and projects.
