6 June 2011: Memorandum of Understanding between the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand and the Basel Institute on Governance

On 6 June 2011, the Commissioner, Professor Padee Pothisiri of the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand, together with a delegation, visited the Basel Institute on Governance to sign an official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute. By signing this agreement, the two Parties agree to undertake joint activities to prevent and combat corruption, including training and research activities for anti-corruption stakeholders, such as through, inter alia, (joint) courses, seminars, events and conferences and through the development and implementation of common programmes, curricula and course materials. The Parties will also undertake joint efforts to foster and promote institutional and capacity building activities.
