Azerbaijan: corruption risks assessments in the health, education and tax sectors
The Basel Institute on Governance has been commissioned by the Council of Europe to undertake corruption risks assessments studies in Azerbaijan in three corruption-prone sectors: health, education and tax. The reports highlight striking issues, but are notofficially published.
