Hari Mulukutla has a background in IT and business development.   After earning a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Toledo in Ohio, United States, in 1996, Hari spent 10 years working in challenging environments such as Wall Street banks, companies such as McKinsey & Company and IBM.  In recent years he founded and managed a successful consulting firm in New York and recently worked for IBM on designing service oriented architecture solutions for the semi-conductor industry.  His consulting firm designed enterprise software applications for knowledge management, business process transformation and customer relationship management and also provided pro-bono solutions for several non profit organizations.  At ICAR, Hari leads the IT Business Development Unit, which assists in training developing countries in the areas of asset recovery, anti-corruption knowledge management, e-learning, case management and process improvement.  The IT Business Development Unit also selectively collaborates with the private sector to create IT based solutions for law enforcement, regulatory bodies such as Financial Intelligence Units and investigative agencies.
