This initiative brings together members from academia, the business sector, civil society organisations, and the Church in their fight against corruption.

Its mission is to implement and support anti-corruption projects in the area of procurement reforms and the delivery of essential public services. This initiative has set out two main goals:

• The first goal is to empower citizens, through teaching volunteers how to monitor the use of public funds. By encouraging volunteerism and sharing monitoring tools, CACs shapes active citizens and reliable partners in national development.
• The second goal is to prevent corruption, through assessing policy, reviewing procurement procedures, and monitoring public services of government agencies. CAC seeks to deter corruption by instituting better systems and building up cases to prosecute those engaging in it.
