National Library of Latvia Integrity Pact

TI-Latvia Delna signed an Integrity Pact on 2 September 2 2005 with the Ministry of Culture and the State Agency Young Three Brothers (J3b) to act as an independent monitor supervising the construction of three cultural sites - the National Library of Latvia, the Acoustic Concert Hall and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
